3. Property Access and Safety By requesting an estimate, the user grants Millers Painting & Drywall permission to enter the interior or exterior of the property at the address provided. The user is responsible for disclosing any hazards, including but not limited to:
Freshly finished surfaces or delicate flooring.
Presence of pets or restricted room access.
Known lead paint or asbestos (for renovation/sanding projects).
